Hi people,

Another week just passed. Time goes quick doesn't it? before you know it, it's May already. Wow!
A few Thursdays ago, I taught all night, made $200, parked illegally at Chinatown afterwards, got booked for $197. Yesterday, taught all night, made $80, got speed camera-ed for I don't know how much. Can you see the pattern here? That's right! Don't teach on Thursday nights!!!!! Either that or maybe I should just follow road rules??

A lawyer parked his brand new Lexus in front of the office, ready to show it off to his colleagues. As he opened the door a truck came roaring past and completely tore off the driver's door of the Lexus. The lawyer immediately grabbed his cell phone and dialed 000. When a policeman arrived, the lawyer was still screaming hysterically. His Lexus was completely ruined. After the lawyer finally wound down from his ranting, the cop shook his head in disgust. "I can't believe how materialistic you lawyers are", he said. "You are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else." "How can you say such a thing?" asked the lawyer. The cop replied, "Didn't you notice that your arm is missing from the elbow down? It must have been torn off when the truck hit you." The lawyer looked down to his arm and let out a terrible scream: "Oh my God!!! ... MY ROLEX!"

Boy, was that Palladium good or what? Wow! the band Nueyorico was amazing, the performances were unbelievable high level, especially Oliver's solo routine. Sharp, sharp, sharp. I don't do too many things right in life, but this Palladium thing  I do with Mambo-G. I think it's pretty good. We've been doing it for nearly 3 years now and it just keeps getting better. I hope that we can continue to bring you great quality events.

I'm going to be there partying with my students from Terrey Hills. Yes, they all applied for visas to cross the land into CBD :)  Nestor! When are you going to run a CHACHA festival???? there'll only be 5 people there, but geez mate, I'd buy a full pass for sure :)))) Love that chacha!!!

A blonde and a lawyer are seated next to each other on a flight. The lawyer asks if she would like to play a fun game. The blonde, tired, just wants to take a nap, politely declines and rolls over to the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists and explains that the game is easy and a lot of fun. He explains, "I ask you a question, and if you don't know the answer, you pay me $5.00, and vise versa." Again, she declines and tries to get some sleep. The lawyer, now agitated, says, "Okay, if you don't know the answer you pay me $5.00, and if I don't know the answer, I will pay you $500.00." This catches the blonde's attention and, figuring there will be no end to this torment unless she plays, agrees to the game. The lawyer asks the first question. "What's the distance from the earth to the moon?" The blonde doesn't say a word, reaches into her purse, pulls out a $5.00 bill and hands it to the lawyer. "Okay, " says the lawyer, "your turn". She asks the lawyer, "What goes up a hill with three legs and comes down with four legs?" The lawyer, puzzled, takes out his laptop computer and searches all his references, no answer. He taps into the air phone with his modem and searches the net and the library of congress, no answer. Frustrated, he sends e-mail to all his friends and coworkers, to no avail. After an hour, he wakes the blonde, and hands her $500.00. The blonde says, "Thank you, " and turns back to get some more sleep. The lawyer, who is more than a little miffed, wakes the blonde and asks, "Well, what's the answer?" The blonde reaches into her purse, hands the lawyer $5.00, and goes back to sleep.
* and you all thought this was going to be another dumb blonde joke, didn't you? Shame on you!

AUSTRALIAN SALSA CLASSIC OCTOBER 2010
Now I have just heard that the biggest salsa competition in the southern hemisphere is going to be on this October. Obviously it's going to be attended by the best dancers in Australia trying to see who's best, obviously there will be heaps of workshops and parties so look out for it. When I get more info from the organisers, I'll let you in on it.

Looking forward to hanging out with my fellow DJs, DJ Mani, DJ Willie Sabor,, DJ Coco and of course DJ Mambo-G this weekend for our hard drinking session. Thanks Nestor for organising this Bachata Festival. This is the only time I get to hang out with these guys and drink with them :) Let the party begin!
